Hi, I'm Ana Velez, an Ecuadorean cuentera and artist living in Oregon.
I work as a developmental specialist with young children.
I am also mama to way too many cats both domestic and wild. 
This is some of my art and ideas.

When Pia convinces dad they NEED a cat,
the visit to the rescue shelter changes their lives.
Pia starts saving every stray that needs help.
As the cat count rises, so does the chaos.
Dad's patience plummets and ​together they must find balance
before they lose home and sanity.
